Set up a Visual
Tour of your home and place the tour in Multiple
Listing Services (MLS), www.Andover-Topbroker and
www.realtor.com.

Assist
in staging your home so that it “shows” its best. Our
staff at the front desk will schedule and inform you of
all showing appointments.

When an offer has been accepted, Judy will be the point of
contact for everyone involved;

Provide
you with information that is pertinent to a successful
closing and assists all parties to the transaction
including:

Scheduling
Home Inspections, Bank Appraisals and all necessary
appointments.

Draft
the Purchase and Sale Agreement; distribute them to all parties & their perspective Attorneys.

Contact
Buyer’s lender regarding financing commitment prior to
deadline.

Schedule
final water and final oil readings (if
applicable).

Schedule
the smoke certificate compliance necessary for all
closings.

Inform all parties on closing time
and location scheduled by the bank attorney.

Grace is a
life long resident of Andover, a graduate of AHS and
was a member of the AHS Varsity Basketball team.
Currently, Grace is a member of numerous local
organizations and has a strong knowledge of the Merrimack
Valley, extremely helpful in assisting buyers and sellers in
the real estate process. Grace will focus on the client’s
individual needs to find a successful match by using her sales
experience and knowledge of the local market. She is available

Sheila
Stone, SALES ASSOCIATE:
Sheila Stone just
recently joined the Tom Carroll team at RE/MAX Partners and has
13 years of experience listing and selling residential and
commercial real estate throughout the Merrimack Valley as well
as churches for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston. As an
office manager in her previous position, she was responsible for
the facilitation of all sales from exclusive listing agreement,
offer and purchase and sale agreement to closing. She managed
two new construction condo projects and has extensive experience
with foreclosures. Sheila has lived in Andover for 28 years.
