Open Houses were well attended with follow up by Tom of each potential lead until the lead got cold or blossomed into a purchaser. We interviewed Tom many months before we were planning to put our house on the market. At that time, he answered questions that we posed to him about where we should allocated money for repairs/upgrades. At this time he referred us to his stager. She came out several days later and helped get the ball rolling. Once the house was almost ready (Tom had been checking in often to see if we needed any help and to determine when we'd be ready to put it on the market), we reviewed pricing, fees, etc. Tom was always ready with up to date information, figures on comparable houses, etc. We set a date for an open house, complete with gorgeous photo brochures, etc. Tom and his assistant Judy Walker walked us through every step of the transaction...facilitating meetings with the buyers, fire dept., etc. We opted to have him represent us at the closing, which made it smooth and hassle free for us! We were very impressed with Tom's professionalism and warmth.

Tom is a fantastic real estate guru, and he has a wonderful team around him. I accepted a terrific offer on my house 1 day after the open house - what could be better than that! The entire process from listing to close was smooth. I felt very cared for.
